I told you to write things down so you remember them. This is how I remember this memory. If it it wrong someone correct me.
Grandpa and I took you to a rendezvous at Fort Bridger when we went to meet R for the first time. We were going into Montgomery's tipi and you were afraid. Grandpa finally had to throw you in. You went to a lot of rendezvous' with us after that one. I think you were about 2 years old.
Actually cmc, she was just short of 5 years old when we were in Ft. Bridger. That Labor Day in 1981.
So mamaN.... that same year, I got married and you were at the wedding. R gave you my teddy bear that I had slept with for many many years. He told you I did not need it any more, and he did not tell me he gave it to you. That was the first time I was mad at him. I don't know how long you kept the bear.
awww I actually remember that! I was upset because I was sleeping in the same tent/teepee? as Roger!
Not sure about the bear though... sorry!
Oh where to start...
I remember all of us going in a car to Chevy's and the waiter would know to order us a plate of nachos, beans, rice and tortillas. I loved that.
Oh, and remember the spider on the drive back to work? EEEEK
