I just wanted to share...
Last night when I got home from work Brady said he wanted to rearrange the living room. Seriously? Now?
But as he promised, I did not have to do much, just vacuum and general pick up of all the crap we have. Because Baylin was getting into everything as we were doing this, we put him in his room. The ten, yes that is right, TEN! books that we found under our couches turned the tears off (especially because he has been grounded from books), but before that he was not very happy about being shut in. When we were done, Brady just opened his door and walked away.
Baylin stood in his doorway and said:
"mama? (whine) mama? (whine) MAMA?!!"
I of course go to him and he is actually scared of his living room! He ran from me when I tried to grab his hand to walk him in the living room, so I picked him up. The only time he has held onto me that tightly was the first time he decided he was afraid of the vacuum! I could not get that little boy to let go of me... and I really wanted him to let go because he had a really stinky diaper!
It took a while, but he finally decided he liked it.
Just another heart-warming moment with my little boy.

Funny. Thanks for sharing. The first thing that you were afraid of was your dad the first time you saw him without his beard!
Yeah we have been through that too!
I actually just did two posts in one day, as well. Though I have to say, I don't think we ever moved the living room around enough to notice a difference. I think the first thing I was scared of was eating carrots. :)
You were not scared of the carrots, you were just being stubborn and not swallowing them. REAL stubborn!!
