So we are in the middle of monsoon season, meaning we get some pretty good storms going through here. About 2 weeks ago right before Baylin went to bed there was a storm. It was blowing and raining and of course there was thunder. Baylin seemed very concerned about the noises that he was hearing outside so I opened the door and let him see. We had a discussion about rain and wind, storms in general really and then he went to bed. End of discussion.
Well fast forward a week, Baylin is riding in the car with Mama and Mama is getting in some guilty pleasure time (AKA Country Music, hee hee). Being that I only have two CDs of country (insert sad face here), I put one in. I am sure most of you can guess what CD I put in....
Baylin says "Thunder mama thunder!!"
Gotta love Garth Brooks!

Gotta love it! Why is country music a guilty pleasure - you are an adult. I would think that you could listen to any music that you want....when Baylin starts singing Garth, your secret will be out!!!!
I only listen to country music. While Collin Raye is my favorite I like Garth, too. Don't feel guilty. Listen and enjoy.
