What?? I can't hear you! What???

So I have officially experienced a Gunner-style melt down.
He was happily sitting in my lap watching Baylin play and Baylin needed a diaper. I laid Gunner down and he started to whine. Okay whatever, he's upset because I put him down. I changed Baylin lightning-quick and picked Gunner up.
Forget it...we have hit nuclear meltdown. He was screaming so loud and high pitched that BOTH dogs were howling (it is usually just Jack) and Baylin was getting upset. I took him in our bedroom to get away from everyone and try to calm him.
Keep in mind I have checked everything else diaper:nope, cold:nope, hot:nope, hungry:couldn't be since he just ate an hour ago, hairs wrapped around a finger/toe/penis:nope, nothing. So we laid on the bed and I talked, held, snuggled, rocked, sang, and finally just held him as he screamed. I at least wanted him to know that I was there for him, even if I could not fix whatever was wrong. This went on for 45 minutes! I am NOT kidding! He finally started to calm down and then just stopped as soon as it started. Once he was calm, then it was time to feed him and the rest of our night was spent smiling and rolling around the floor.
I don't get it.
On a lighter note, he is "crawling" per a text message that I got while at work. I saw it last night. I had him laying on the floor in front of me, both of us on our tummies. There was a little striped hat laying about a foot away from him, and wouldn't you know it, that little squirt got his knees up under him and pulled on the carpet and made it to that hat in no time flat! My baby at 3 1/2 months old is finding a way to get around!

Hang in there. I hope it is just a phase and won't last long. I think he is testing your patience. Wow, crawling at this age. Look out world, here he comes.

Patience...I learned a long time ago to not pray for patience! Ha ha.
An today he was after Baylin's Mickey Mouse doll. He did a 90 degree turn and moved about 18 inches. He almost had it and then his brother picked it up. Poor Gunner, all that work for nothing!

Awww...how frustrating? Could he have a tummy ache or something? That's a long scream!
HI! I'm glad you have a blog now, BTW.
Love you!
