A birthday!

So Gunner had his birthday on 5/7 and it was spent at Disney's California Adventure Park. Gunner loves any ride that puts wind in his face and swings him around. He especially loved the "leaking sprinkler" in the Bug's Life area. That little boy LOVES water!

Speaking of water, he went swimming for the first time and had a blast! He can move his arms and legs making it look like he is doing the butterfly stroke, it is pretty cool. He also likes to be dunked under, and will swim under the water for a few seconds and comes up smiling!
Baylin learned to swim with his water wings and had fun until Daddy made him think that the pool cleaner/vacuum thing tried to eat him. So the rest of our time there if the "Pool Monster" got close to him, he freaked out. He really did like swimming too, and learned to hold his breath.

This is the first May since we moved in that the swimming pool at our house is not closed, so we will be taking advantage of it being open and get these boys in the water.

It is already in the 100s here and we are not looking forward to the extreme summer heat, especially the nights when it "cools off" to a nice 98 degrees!
